Service terms

DataPeek charges a service fee for one fixed random selection of records from a previously committed CSV. The fee is not the price of the dataset. The seller provides the disclosed records separately. An inclusion proof does not establish data accuracy, completeness, ownership, lawful sourcing or fitness for purpose. DataPeek is not escrow, identity verification or a guarantee that the seller will deliver. Both parties must have authority to use and disclose their data. Do not use this release with personal, medical, sensitive or unlawfully obtained data. Room access lasts 72 hours from creation. Review the dataset terms directly with the seller before paying. Keep your private access links and seller recovery file safe. Support cannot recover lost secret keys. No subscription is created. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights are not excluded by these terms.

Payments and manual review

Payment is native USDC on Base Mainnet only. The exact displayed total is between 19.000001 and 19.009999 USDC; the fraction distinguishes the invoice and is part of the total. Network fees are additional. Do not round the total, split a payment, use a different token or chain, or send from a different wallet than the stated payer. Send only before the invoice deadline. Confirmation may take longer than the deadline; an on-time transfer can still be checked later. A pending check is never a request for a second payment. Incorrect, duplicate or late transfers do not automatically unlock access. Contact support with the public transaction hash and invoice reference for manual review. Refunds are not automatic and must be handled by the operator after review; applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. DataPeek cannot reverse blockchain transfers or guarantee recovery of funds sent to the wrong address, token or chain.
